Saw this sign in the cafe at the hospital today and had to use it to capture my gratitude for nurses at the moment.The team taking care of Mum not only take care of Mum in the most respectful, dignified and compassionate way possible but they also take care of us, her family as well. Intensive Care is a busy and sometimes intimidating place, but all of them take the time to talk to us, see how we are, answer our questions and reassure us when we are overwhelmed by Mum's situation. So I'm going to take this posters advice and thank all of the nurses in my family's life at the moment. You have my gratitude for the day.
